About the role
Handshake AI's fellowship recruits graduate-level and PhD experts across the sciences and engineering for remote, part-time AI evaluation and training work: reviewing model outputs in your domain, writing expert-level prompts and assessments, and grading reasoning quality. Hourly and flexible, on your own schedule, with advertised rates running up to $40-125 per hour depending on domain and expertise (specialist tracks advertise the higher bands; exact rates are shown per role after onboarding). Requirements: US-based with valid work authorization (F-1 students on CPT/OPT may qualify; STEM OPT is not supported), a degree in your field, and strong written English. No prior AI experience required.
