About the role
AstraZeneca is hiring an Analytical Development Scientist - Flow Cytometry to develop and validate flow cytometry methods for cell therapy products, particularly CAR-T therapies. Responsibilities include assay optimization, antibody panel design, data analysis via FlowJo, regulatory documentation (ICH Q2, GMP), and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and quality teams. Requires a Master's degree (PhD preferred) in Immunology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field, advanced multiparameter flow cytometry/FlowJo skills, T-cell biology and immunophenotyping knowledge, and technical writing experience; a Bachelor's with 2+ years relevant experience is also considered. Cell-therapy/CAR-T industry background preferred.
