About the role
Relay Therapeutics is hiring an Associate Director, Biostatistics to lead in-house biostatistics for a clinical development program, reporting to the Head of Biostatistics. The role owns statistical input across the trial lifecycle — protocol development, statistical analysis plans, trial design and analysis methods, data displays, and clinical study reports — while overseeing day-to-day biostatistics activities and outsourced CRO/vendor work. The role also supports regulatory submission documents and publication/presentation of trial results.
Candidates should ideally hold a PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or a related scientific field, with 6+ years of pharma/biotech statistics experience (oncology preferred), strong SAS or R programming, and working knowledge of CDISC SDTM/ADaM data models.
