BMS's Computational Sciences department applies AI/ML and physics-based methods to accelerate its small-molecule drug discovery portfolio. This Associate Director will lead the Machine Learning Sciences team, setting scientific strategy for ADMET/PK prediction and multiparameter compound design, partnering with computational and medicinal chemists, DMPK scientists, and in vitro biologists, and evaluating new ML methods for adoption. Requires an advanced degree (PhD with 8+ years, MS with 10+, or BS with 12+) in chemistry, computational chemistry, computer science or engineering, with a track record applying ML to drug discovery problems.
