About the role
Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring an Associate Scientist/Sr. Specialist, QC Microbiology Trainer for its Cell Therapy QC laboratories in Summit West, NJ (Sun-Wed, 6:30am-4:30pm shift). The role supports qualification and ongoing development of personnel performing microbiology and environmental monitoring activities, developing, coordinating, and delivering instructor-led and hands-on laboratory training using approved curricula and qualification materials.
The trainer partners with QC subject matter experts, laboratory management, and the site training organization to schedule training, maintain training labs and materials, monitor qualification progress, and ensure training is documented per cGMP requirements. Requires strong QC microbiology knowledge plus facilitation, coaching, and technical writing skills.
