Arinale Biosciences, Inc. is hiring a Consultant: Senior Protein/Peptide Mass Spectrometry Scientist for a full-time, in-person, 6-month initial engagement in New York, NY. The role leads chemical proteomics initiatives, specifically activity-based protein profiling and covalent probe workflows, including operating and tuning LC-MS/MS instruments, designing bottom-up/top-down/targeted proteomics experiments, executing labeling and enrichment strategies, database searching and statistical validation, and collaborating across wet-lab and computational teams. Requires a PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, Proteomics or a related field (or a Master's plus 5+ years of industry experience), with extensive hands-on expertise in activity-based protein profiling, covalent probe/warhead chemistry, bioorthogonal click chemistry, and mass spectrometry operation on Orbitrap/Q-TOF platforms. Postdoctoral or industry proteomics experience and a peer-reviewed publication record are preferred.
