About the role
Karolinska Institutet (Department of Women's and Children's Health, Center for Molecular Medicine) is recruiting a doctoral student to study perinatal development and regulation of cardiorespiratory brainstem neural networks, combining rodent models with single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics. Strong bioinformatics/programming skills in R and Python are required. Position is within the Herlenius and Hagemann-Jensen labs; full-time doctoral studentship of up to 4 years.
