About the role

Doctoral Researcher position (36-month, fully funded PhD) at the University of Helsinki within the FAroGels MSCA Doctoral Network, investigating dietary-fibre aerogels as moisture-responsive food materials and how their structure affects texture and mouthfeel. Work involves advanced characterisation (SEM, AFM, X-ray microtomography, SAXS) and oral tribology studies, plus secondments in the UK and Germany.
