About the role
Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Field Service Engineer in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong to support its Laboratory Equipment Division, installing, calibrating, maintaining, and repairing laboratory instrumentation and analysis systems for customers. The role covers on-site and remote service delivery, preventative maintenance, training, service reporting and documentation, and support for new product introductions and technical service bulletins, serving as the customer-facing technical point of contact.
Requires a high diploma or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field, 3+ years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates also considered), a strong electrical or mechanical troubleshooting background, and fluency in written/spoken Chinese and English (Mandarin a plus).
