About the role
Revolution Medicines, an oncology company developing RAS(ON) inhibitors for RAS-addicted cancers, is hiring a Machine Learning Scientist II to help accelerate drug discovery through predictive modeling and analytics. The hands-on individual-contributor role develops and evaluates ML models for compound activity, selectivity, developability, target engagement, and phenotypic screening, working across chemical, biological, imaging, and phenotypic datasets to support target discovery and compound optimization.
Requires a PhD in machine learning, computational biology/chemistry, computer science, statistics, or bioinformatics (or MS with relevant industry experience), typically 6-8 years applying ML/data science to scientific datasets, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or scikit-learn. Preferred experience includes phenotypic screening, high-content imaging, cheminformatics tools (RDKit, OpenEye), and MLOps.
