About the role
The Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics (Freiburg, Germany) is recruiting a Postdoctoral researcher for a project on the molecular basis of cell type identities and chromatin biology. Work involves Hi-C and Micro-C genomic analysis, adapting multi-way chromatin contact tools for Drosophila, building visualization systems for Pore-C data, image analysis, and programming in R and/or Python. Requires a PhD in Biology or related field, experience with R or Python, demonstrated expertise in Hi-C/Micro-C and image analysis, and a strong publication record.
