Research field and position: Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Semiconductor devices Work description: Research on material, device, and process technologies for next-generation logic semiconductors. Leading experimental research in semiconductor device development through thin-film deposition, nano-patterning, electron microscopy, and electrical characterization. Advancing both technical development and academic research. https://www.nims.go.jp/group/semidev/index_en.html Qualifications/Requirements: Possess a Ph.D. degree or be expected to obtain a Ph.D. by the start date of employment. A strong interest in semiconductor devices and processes. Experience in electronic device research using cleanrooms and vacuum equipment is preferred. Proficiency in Japanese or English for effective communication.
