Postdoctoral position in the Oncology-Pathology department at Karolinska Institute (BioClinicum, Solna), focused on translational breast cancer precision medicine. The postdoc will analyze genomic, transcriptomic, and DNA methylation datasets and build multi-omics computational pipelines using machine learning, in collaboration with KI, KTH, and SciLifeLab. Candidates need a PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related quantitative field, with R/Python proficiency and prior sequencing-data analysis experience. The scholarship is tax-free, paid twice yearly, aimed at international researchers within four years of their doctorate relocating to Sweden for 1-2 years.
