About the role
nChroma Bio (formerly Chroma Medicine) is hiring a Principal Research Associate, Pharmacology to conduct in vivo rodent studies supporting its genetic medicines pipeline, including dosing, blood collection, necropsy, and survival surgery, performed independently under approved IACUC protocols. The role includes mentoring lab staff, troubleshooting experiments, and helping develop new in vivo techniques across multiple therapeutic areas (PK, toxicology, infectious disease). Requires a Bachelor degree in animal science or biological sciences with 6+ years of laboratory animal experience; AALAS Laboratory Animal Technologist certification is preferred.
