About the role

Technergetics is hiring up to five mid-to-senior-level physicists, mathematicians, logisticians, computer scientists, computer engineers, systems engineers, and operations research experts to support DARPA's cross-organizational Quantum Benchmarking Initiative (QBI). The team reviews, validates, and documents emerging approaches to fault-tolerant quantum computing, evaluating whether any can achieve industrially useful operation exponentially faster than conventional predictions; the objective is evaluation rather than original research. The position is remote within the United States, with roughly 10-40% monthly travel to DARPA in the Washington, DC area and to performer sites across the country.
