Overview: The mission of DMPK is to enable efficient and successful drug discovery and development of siRNA and other therapeutic candidates by characterizing and interpreting ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion) and PK/PD (pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics) relationships through quantitative pharmacology and modeling, consequently guiding candidate selection, human dose projection, and successful regulatory filings and interactions.
