About The Role As a Scientist – Flow Cytometry, you will perform and support flow cytometry testing for clinical research studies while ensuring the highest standards of scientific quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Working within a multidisciplinary laboratory team, you'll contribute to study execution from sample analysis through data review and client communication. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career scientist looking to develop expertise in flow cytometry within a global leader in clinical research. What You'll Do Perform flow cytometry laboratory testing in accordance with study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain study documentation, including protocols, technical reports, project updates, and final study reports. Analyze, review, and interpret laboratory data to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance. Support troubleshooting activities and contribute to resolving technical challenges. Assist in the design and optimization of laboratory experiments and testing procedures. Monitor laboratory quality standards and participate in deviation investigations when required. Coordinate laboratory activities and help ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, documenting discussions and meeting outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of laboratory procedures and operational improvements. Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times. Who We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Immunology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline. Recent graduate or up to one year of relevant laboratory experience. Knowledge of laboratory practices, analytical instrumentation, and Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) or similar quality standards. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Nice To Have Experience with flow cytometry.
