Scientist /Senior Scientist, Multimodal & Relational Machine Learning Foundation Models

About the role

Our mission at Altos Labs is to restore cell health and resilience through cell rejuvenation to reverse disease, injury, and the disabilities that can occur throughout life. In this role, the scientist will pre-train and fine-tune large-scale machine learning systems using multimodal biological data, and architect hybrid models combining LLMs with Graph Neural Networks for reasoning over biological knowledge graphs. The role also involves leading distributed training strategies across GPU clusters and mentoring junior researchers while maintaining an active publication record.
