About the role
Freenome is hiring a Senior Bioinformatics Research Engineer to build bioinformatics research software and tools for its computational R&D platform, working closely with computational biologists, machine learning scientists, and software engineers. Responsibilities include building data pipelines for liquid-biopsy research and integrating company-wide data sources at the intersection of ML, sequencing technology, and distributed systems.
