Inversion Space is hiring a Senior GNC Engineer for its Accurate Landing team to develop guidance, navigation, and control systems for the Arc reentry spacecraft, designed to deliver payloads from orbit to anywhere on Earth in under an hour. The role covers landing and control algorithm development, modeling and simulation tooling, and flight testing, with hands-on work in classical mechanics, estimation, and controls using MATLAB, Python, or C++. Based in Playa Vista, California, the position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret or Top Secret clearance due to ITAR requirements.
