About the role
Natera is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to build its Internal Developer Portal, turning today's hand-triggered GitLab pipelines, internal UIs, and documentation into cohesive self-service 'golden paths' for other engineering teams. This is hands-on software engineering work (not just tooling configuration), covering portal development, integrations, and production support, with success measured by internal developer adoption. Requires 5+ years in platform engineering/DevOps/SRE/infrastructure, strong AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes skills, plus TypeScript/React or equivalent application development experience. Fully remote (US).
