About the role
LMU Klinikum Munich's Institute for Clinical Pharmacology is hiring a technical assistant (BTA/MTA/MTLA/CTA) for Prof. Sebastian Kobold's Immunopharmacology Research Group, which works on cancer immunotherapy with a focus on cellular therapies. Duties include independently planning and running experiments, regularly processing and analyzing patient samples, mouse breeding and husbandry, and lab techniques spanning cell culture, molecular biology, microscopy, PCR, ELISA and flow cytometry, plus mentoring doctoral students.
Requires completed training as a BTA/MTLA/CTA/PTA or equivalent, willingness to perform animal studies, and very good German and English (the lab's working language is English). One-year fixed-term contract with possible extension; application deadline October 31, 2026.
