About the role
Treeline Biosciences seeks an Associate Director / Director of Clinical Pharmacology to lead clinical pharmacology strategy for early- and late-stage drug development. Responsibilities include designing clinical pharmacology strategies supporting IND and registrational studies, developing PK/PD modeling and exposure-response analyses, overseeing bioanalytical assay development and sample management, and partnering with translational medicine and biomarkers teams on study design and regulatory documentation. Requires a PhD, PharmD, or MD in Pharmacology or related field, 5+ years of biotech/pharma clinical pharmacology experience with a leadership background, and expertise in PK/PD principles, modeling, and assay validation; oncology experience preferred.
