About the role
Treeline Biosciences is hiring a Clinical Biomarkers Lead to manage biomarker planning and execution for one to two clinical oncology programs. Responsibilities include developing biomarker strategies, identifying and qualifying bioassay labs and CROs, leading assay transfer with validation and qualification oversight, and analyzing biomarker data to support program hypotheses. Requires a PhD with postdoctoral training in life sciences or a related field, 4-5 years of industry experience in clinical biomarkers or translational medicine, expertise in assay transfer and validation, and knowledge of biomarker platforms (flow cytometry, IHC, NGS, proteomics); oncology experience strongly preferred.
