About the role
Amgen is hiring a Bioinformatics Scientist to design, automate and validate bioinformatics pipelines supporting biomarker analysis, translational research and clinical development. The individual-contributor role covers NGS/omics analyses (scRNA, spatial omics), reproducible workflow engineering (Nextflow/Snakemake, Docker, CI/CD), multi-omics integration for biomarker discovery and patient stratification, and building agentic workflows for QC and results interpretation, collaborating with computational biologists, translational scientists and CROs/vendors. Based in Hyderabad, India.
