About the role

Moderna is recruiting a full-time Co-Op in In Vitro Biology, based in Cambridge, MA from January 18 to June 25, 2027, to support development and application of in vitro assays within Moderna's research and technology development organization. The co-op gets hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, cell-based assay development and optimization, plate-based screening, microscopy, and characterization of novel delivery technologies, owning a defined scientific project within a multidisciplinary research team. Requires current enrollment in a BS/MS (or equivalent) program in cell biology, molecular biology, bioengineering, biochemistry, or a related discipline, with hands-on mammalian cell culture experience. Candidates must already hold US work authorization; Moderna cannot sponsor immigration for this role.
