About the role
Novartis is hiring a Director within PK Sciences to lead the development and use of AI-enabled strategies that transform clinical pharmacology support for new medicines. The role focuses on building AI-based solutions to automate, accelerate, and improve PK Sciences/clinical pharmacology deliverables across small molecules, biologics/therapeutic proteins, antibody-drug conjugates, radioligand therapies, and cell therapies, spanning oncology, immunology, cardiovascular-renal-metabolic, neuroscience, and global health programs. The position drives close interdisciplinary collaboration across PK Science disciplines, Drug Disposition (ADME/BA), Modeling & Simulation, and Operations to integrate ADME/clinical pharmacology insight into project strategy.
The role is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is not eligible for remote work, and has a salary range of $185,500 - $344,500 per year.
