About the role
Cincinnati Children's is recruiting tenure-track faculty (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) for its Advanced Leukemia Therapies and Research Center, which integrates research and clinical programs for pediatric and adult myeloid malignancies around translational research and precision medicine. Faculty will run independent and collaborative research programs on myeloid malignancies, mentor graduate students, postdocs, and clinical trainees, pursue extramural (particularly NIH) funding, and contribute to program and departmental leadership.
Requirements are a PhD, MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent in biomedical sciences, a focus on myeloid malignancies preferred, 3+ years of relevant research experience, and a strong publication record; Associate/Full Professor applicants need an existing extramurally funded program. Expertise in chemical biology, drug development, the tumor microenvironment, or immuno-oncology is desirable. Applications (CV, 2-3 page research plan, three references) go to Madison.McClanahan@cchmc.org on a rolling basis.
