About the role
This role serves as a key technical bridge between Twist Bioscience's products and customer success in the China region, providing NGS panel design and pre- and post-sales technical support for synthetic biology related products. It requires a deep life sciences background along with bioinformatics knowledge, becoming a trusted technical advisor to basic-research and industrial customers working in antibody development, cell therapy, gene therapy, and AI-driven drug development. Core responsibilities include NGS panel design for the China region, resolving complex technical inquiries about DNA synthesis products such as genes, oligo pools, and mutant libraries, maintaining technical relationships with key customers, and collaborating with the global design team, sales team, and R&D and production departments to support customer projects and improve product quality.
