About the role
Seekr builds SeekrFlow, a platform for explainable, document-grounded, agentic AI for enterprise and government customers. Forward Deployed Engineers embed with client teams to turn AI proofs-of-concept into production-grade systems: designing and deploying data pipelines and retrieval frameworks for LLM fine-tuning and RAG, fine-tuning and deploying LLMs and agentic workflows, containerizing and orchestrating SeekrFlow agents across AWS/Azure/GCP/on-prem environments, and building monitoring and guardrails for client deployments.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Data Science; 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied ML with a track record of shipping production systems; hands-on experience with LLM/AI frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, vLLM) including model fine-tuning and agent deployment; and multi-cloud/containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes). The role requires 25-75% travel and US citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or equivalent export-control eligibility. Based in Austin, TX, Menlo Park, CA, or Reston, VA; the proposed salary range is $170,000-$225,000.
