About the role
Striveworks is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Agentic Systems (Active Secret Clearance required) to design, build, and optimize LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows on its Chariot platform, working directly with government customers to integrate AI systems with external tools, APIs, and enterprise data sources, and to build evaluation frameworks for agent performance and safety.
Requires a BS in computer science or related field, 6+ years of experience delivering data-centric systems, demonstrated expertise with LLM agents, RAG, and tool integration, strong Python and systems programming fundamentals, and an ACTIVE Secret (or higher) US security clearance plus US citizenship. Up to 20% travel; remote or hybrid in Austin, TX.
