The role leads day-to-day operations of the genomics hub, ensuring smooth workflows, and spans hands-on wet-lab support for assays such as RNAseq and single-cell genomics, data management, equipment oversight, team leadership, and budget administration.
Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in genetics, genomics, molecular biology, or a related field; for Manager level, 5-7 years of progressive hands-on genomics lab experience with 3+ years of direct supervisory experience; for Senior Manager level, roughly 8-10 years of progressive genomics experience with demonstrated people leadership. Deep NGS workflow expertise and experience managing lab operations in biotech, pharma, or academic settings are expected.
