Lund University's Department of Electrical and Information Technology is hiring a postdoc to investigate novel interface structures for cryogenic ferroelectric device operation. Duties include design of experiments and sample preparation, ALD deposition of ferroelectric films, electrical measurements and data analysis, and structural characterization at synchrotron facilities, alongside up to 20% teaching.
