Electrical Systems Engineer

Vulcan Elements is hiring an Electrical Systems Engineer at its Benson, NC rare-earth magnet manufacturing facility. The role verifies electrical installations against engineering drawings before energization, coordinates site acceptance testing for generators, automatic transfer switches, UPS systems, and metering equipment, and tracks installation progress across 40+ unit substations during facility ramp-up. Requirements include a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial/manufacturing settings, working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and NFPA 70E, and ability to read electrical one-line diagrams, panel schedules, and construction drawings.
