About the role

Pfizer's BioMedicine Design group in La Jolla, CA is hiring a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to help develop a next-generation T-cell engager (TCE) designed to improve tumor selectivity and reduce on-target, off-tumor toxicity. The fellow will work at the interface of protein engineering, cell biology, and immunology - designing constructs, running cell-based assays, and screening and ranking candidate molecules - with the goal of becoming proficient in antibody discovery/engineering and preclinical evaluation and contributing to high-impact publications. Requires a PhD in cancer biology, immunology, molecular/cellular biology, biochemistry, or chemical and biomolecular engineering, plus two letters of recommendation (one from the applicant's PI).
