About the role
Uppsala University, Division of Materials Theory (Department of Physics and Astronomy), offers a two-year postdoctoral position developing and applying methods for simulating magnetism via atomistic and multiscale simulations, within a division researching solid-state theory, magnetism, electronic structures, topological phases, and green energy materials. Requires a PhD in physics (within 3 years of the application deadline, with exceptions) and expertise in atomistic/micromagnetic simulation; GPU development experience is a plus. Start date 1 December 2026.
