About the role

Principal Scientist (R5), In Vivo Pharmacology, Neuroinflammation/Neurodegeneration, at Pfizer (Cambridge, MA). Leads the preclinical in vivo pharmacology strategy for neuroinflammatory mechanisms in Alzheimer's disease, overseeing rodent disease models, behavioural endpoints, and cross-functional drug-discovery teams. Requires a PhD in neuroscience/pharmacology with 5+ years of industry experience (or an MS with 10+ years), expertise in rodent in vivo pharmacology and animal models of neurodegeneration, and proficiency with immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry and gene-expression profiling.
