About the role
UCL's Mass Spectrometry Science Technology Platform seeks a postdoctoral Research Fellow to develop structural mass spectrometry methods, particularly cross-linking MS, for studying how cyclic antimicrobial peptides bind target lipids, on an EPSRC-funded project led by Professor Alethea Tabor and Professor Kostas Thalassinos. The role involves method development with model lipid bilayers, computational modeling of peptide-lipid complexes, and collaboration with Queen's University Belfast, Nottingham, Utrecht, and Uppsala. Requires a PhD (or near completion) in mass spectrometry, chemistry, biochemistry, or biophysics.
