Uppsala University (Department of Medical Biochemistry and Microbiology, IMBIM) is recruiting a Researcher in Experimental Immunology to work with Professors Gunnar Pejler and Eniko Pivarcsi Sonkoloy on inflammatory skin diseases such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, with a focus on mast cell biology. Duties include developing methods for selective mast cell apoptosis, primary cell culture work, and use of fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, qPCR, Western blot and in vivo techniques. Requires a doctoral degree in immunology or molecular/cell biology with relevant lab experience. Temporary, six-month full-time position with potential extension (ref. UFV-PA 2026/2745).
