About the role
Eikon Therapeutics is hiring a Senior Director of Translational Medicine to lead biomarker research and strategy for its oncology clinical programs. The role directs cross-functional teams to develop, validate, and implement biomarker assays (pharmacodynamic, predictive, prognostic, safety, and resistance), contributes to regulatory submissions and clinical protocols, and ensures compliance with GCP and ethical standards. The role requires at least three days per week onsite in Jersey City.
Ideal candidates hold a PhD with postdoctoral training in oncology, immunology, or a related field, plus a minimum of 10 years of clinical biomarker development experience, including analytical validation, companion diagnostic development, and complex data analysis; proficiency in R or Python is preferred. The successful candidate will collaborate across research, clinical development, biostatistics, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams.
