Nurix Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company developing targeted protein degradation medicines, is hiring a Senior Manager, Analytical Development and Quality Control - Drug Product. The role oversees method development and validation conducted through external partners, authors regulatory documentation for IND/IMPD/NDA filings, leads analytical validation for drug formulations, manages stability programs, and performs data trend analysis.
Requires a PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, or a related discipline with 8+ years of industrial CMC experience, proficiency with chromatographic and dissolution methods, familiarity with amorphous solid dispersion and lipid-based formulations, and experience supporting regulatory submissions under ICH guidelines. This is an onsite role in Brisbane, CA.
