The role is a technical leader in the Microbiology & Chemistry Laboratory, supporting medical device development, manufacturing, and quality operations through validation and qualification programs: validation project leadership, device processing and sterilization validations, manufacturing residual and analytical evaluations, equipment qualification and lifecycle management, and temperature mapping/thermal validation. Preferred experience includes medical device product development, FDA/notified-body inspection support, ASQ certification (CQE/CQA or equivalent), and laboratory validation program establishment.
