NYU Langone Health's Department of Microbiology is hiring tenure-track Assistant Professors to initiate and maintain an independent, extramurally funded research program and participate in the Vilcek Institute of Graduate Biomedical Sciences PhD program. The department seeks candidates in infection biology, bacteriology, or virology, and offers generous start-up packages, lab space, animal facilities (including germ-free and ABSL3), an insectary, and core facilities for genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, bioinformatics, imaging, and flow cytometry.
