About the role
Profluent is an AI-focused biotech company building foundation models for proteins and other biomolecules. This internship involves designing and building software tools that help scientists explore protein designs, plan experiments, and visualize results, bridging scientific needs with the company's machine learning infrastructure.
Applicants must be enrolled in a BS, MS, or PhD program in computer science or a related field, with strong Python programming skills and experience with web applications, data visualization, APIs, or databases; prior biology knowledge is not required.
