Two-year Postdoc position in the Allergic Inflammation Group, Department of Immunology and Microbiology, University of Copenhagen, studying the role of T cells in allergic disease — specifically CD4 T cell clonality in response to allergens — using mouse models, human samples, flow cytometry, RNA sequencing and novel peptide-screening approaches.
Requires a PhD in immunology, molecular biology or genetics, expertise in mouse allergy models, flow cytometry and tissue preparation, and experience with cloning and next-generation sequencing.
