About the role
Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford, funded by the Cancer Research UK Oxford Centre, available immediately for up to six months.
The researcher will analyse multiplex imaging, spatial transcriptomics and associated clinical datasets to study how T cells organize within tumour immune microenvironments and respond to therapy, using data from oesophageal and colorectal cancer studies, applying mathematical and computational methods to spatial biology.
Requires a PhD/DPhil in mathematics, statistics, computational biology or a related quantitative field, strong Python skills, and ideally experience with complex biological datasets.
