Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Postdoctoral Research Fellow University of Oklahoma Harold Hamm Health Campus The Kamiya Mehla lab in the Department of Oncology Science and the NCI-designated OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher to join an NIH/NCI-funded study on cancer immunotherapy and immunometabolism. The postdoctoral researcher will be working in a multidisciplinary research group to study novel aspects of immunometabolism, tumor-immune cell interactions at the primary tumor and systemic sites in pancreatic cancer. Our state-of-the art research program utilizes molecular biology and immunology techniques along with multi-omics approaches, including sc-RNA-seq, bulk RNAseq, epigenomics, metabolomics, proteomics, CRISPR screens and genetically engineered mouse models and organoid models of pancreatic cancer. The ideal candidate should possess a Ph.D or M.D./Ph.D in the field of Immunology/ Molecular Biology/ and Cancer Biology with expertise in flow cytometry, cell-based assays, and/or animal studies.
