About the role

Aarhus University's Center for Quantitative Genetics and Genomics is hiring a 2-year postdoc (start April 2027) to design new sequence-to-expression deep-learning models predicting gene expression from DNA sequence in plants, focused on how genetic variants affect expression in Brachypodium distachyon.
