Aarhus University's Center for Quantitative Genetics and Genomics (EvOmics group) is hiring a postdoc to apply large language models and graph neural networks to comparative genomics data across crop varieties, combining evolutionary data with deep learning to identify genes linked to agronomic stress-resilience traits. Requires a PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, mathematics, or physics and proficiency in Python/R. Part-time, 2-year appointment with possible extension, starting March 2027.
