About the role

This fixed-term, two-year postdoctoral position is in the Li Research Group at Karolinska Institutet in Solna, Sweden. The researcher will analyze single-cell and spatial multi-omics data to understand how cellular states develop and change in the central nervous system, with applications to spinal cord injury, brain tumors, and organoid models. Candidates should hold a PhD (preferably within the last 3 years) with expertise in single-cell RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics analysis, proficiency in R and/or Python, and strong statistical knowledge. The position may be extended beyond the initial two years.
